A company is looking for an HR Systems Administrator to manage and optimize HR systems and processes with a focus on payroll, benefits administration, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process end-to-end payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations and coordinating with Finance
- Administer employee benefit programs and coordinate open enrollment processes
- Oversee HRIS administration, including system configuration, updates, and user support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Certified Compensation/Payroll Professional (CCP/CPP) designation required
- 4-6+ years of experience in HRIS administration and HR analytics, with direct experience in payroll and benefits
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong analytical skills for building reports and dashboards
- Deep knowledge of HR data flows, security, compliance, and compensation concepts
