A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager who is passionate about elevating the Talent Acquisition Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and optimization of a recruiting tech stack and processes to enhance recruitment metrics and insights
- Analyze and improve talent acquisition processes, identifying new tools and technology to enhance operations
- Manage and streamline incoming operations-related requests while ensuring data integrity and accuracy within TA systems
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting, with 4+ years in recruiting operations
- 3+ years of experience working with Greenhouse ATS
- Proven experience in change management and the full lifecycle of tools implementation
- Proficiency in recruiting technologies and analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
