Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to provide HR support to site-level managers in a geographic region.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and coach on employee relations and disciplinary processes
• Respond to HR inquiries and assist with compliance and training initiatives
• Support HR investigations and manage employee terminations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of general human resource experience
• Strong understanding of federal employment laws and state-specific requirements
• Experience with employee coaching and conducting HR investigations is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
