Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of general human resource experience
- Strong understanding of federal employment laws and state-specific requirements
- Experience with employee coaching and conducting HR investigations is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
