Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities
- Track the status of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage their progression through the recruitment process
- Screen applications and schedule candidate interviews using technology
- Coordinate pre-hire checks and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in coordinating recruiting activities preferred
- Passion and experience for recruiting is essential
- Experience in recruiting or HR within the hospitality/service industry is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
