Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track the status of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage their progression through the recruitment process
  • Screen applications and schedule candidate interviews using technology
  • Coordinate pre-hire checks and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in coordinating recruiting activities preferred
  • Passion and experience for recruiting is essential
  • Experience in recruiting or HR within the hospitality/service industry is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
