Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources - Global.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with laws and regulations
• Develop and manage internal policies and ensure compliance with governing laws
• Implement effective recruiting processes and manage benefits and compensation programs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree and SPHR certification required; MBA is a plus
• Experience leading HR in a multi-national organization
• Demonstrated track record in designing and administering compensation strategies
• Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or German is a strong plus
