Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with laws and regulations
- Develop and manage internal policies and ensure compliance with governing laws
- Implement effective recruiting processes and manage benefits and compensation programs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree and SPHR certification required; MBA is a plus
- Experience leading HR in a multi-national organization
- Demonstrated track record in designing and administering compensation strategies
- Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or German is a strong plus
