Key Responsibilities
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Audit leave records for accuracy and resolve payroll inquiries related to leave of absence
- Coordinate return from leaves with security and employee relations teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Workday
- Knowledge of accommodation coordination
- Experience in leave administration
- Financial services experience is highly preferred
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
