Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday Consultant, HRIS (Work From Home).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Absence
- Provide support and guidance to HR and other entities, supporting organizational initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with internal and external groups to optimize Workday configurations and perform ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with maintaining Workday security and integrations framework including ISU, ISSG, API, and Workday Web Services
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work independently
- Understanding of HR business processes
