Key Responsibilities
- Identify qualified candidates, conduct phone interviews, and manage candidate assessments
- Maintain the candidate pipeline and facilitate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Draft offer letters and ensure compliance with global guidelines and internal policies
Required Qualifications
- University degree or advanced student in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an HR or recruiting environment
- Advanced English language skills
- Advanced skills in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
