Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Three years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Protected Leave administration
  • Intermediate proficiency in Windows-based software, including word processing and spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate and audit management reports
