Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries about protected leave programs and provide guidance on leave processes
- Collaborate with Central Payroll to manage timesheets and conduct audits for accuracy
- Assist Payroll and Benefits teams with leave adjustments and ensure timely issuance of manual checks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Three years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Protected Leave administration
- Intermediate proficiency in Windows-based software, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to generate and audit management reports
