Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain HR systems, developing custom reports and implementing enhancements
- Collaborate with team members to optimize HRIS and train end users on system functionalities
- Participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience supporting HR business applications and systems
- Experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role with hands-on involvement in enterprise HCM systems
- Thorough knowledge of HR processes, workflows, and data management
- Strong understanding of enterprise HCM design and database tools
