Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to manage various employee benefits initiatives and support internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support and maintain accurate communication tools regarding the company's benefits package
  • Lead the annual Open Enrollment Process, ensuring system integrity and effective communication with employees
  • Monitor compliance filings, conduct audits on benefit enrollments, and support employee benefit programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, with at least three years in benefits administration
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefit programs
  • Strong aptitude for learning new systems and managing vendor relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a preference for experience in Oracle
