Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support and maintain accurate communication tools regarding the company's benefits package
- Lead the annual Open Enrollment Process, ensuring system integrity and effective communication with employees
- Monitor compliance filings, conduct audits on benefit enrollments, and support employee benefit programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, with at least three years in benefits administration
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations affecting employee benefit programs
- Strong aptitude for learning new systems and managing vendor relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a preference for experience in Oracle
