Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Workday support
- Partner with the People Team for ongoing enhancements and maintenance of Workday modules
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee a team of Workday contractors
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Workday administration and HR
- 2+ years of experience in a management role
- Strong judgment and ability to take appropriate actions within defined HR policies
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gsuite, and Mac computers
- Passionate about systems and process enhancement
