Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Capital Management Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data integrity related to all Human Resources/Payroll information management processes and transactions
- Review and build audit reports to ensure system functionality
- Serve as the technical point of contact for HR/Payroll and support system upgrades and testing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 1-3 years in an HCMS role
- Proficiency in Business intelligence platforms, specifically in Cognos solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and data issues
- Customer service focus with the ability to drive projects to completion
