Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in employee data, pay adjustments, and compliance across multiple states
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Maintain HR data integrity and assist with audits related to payroll and HR compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or a related role
- Familiarity with benefits administration and HR compliance
- In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws
- Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems, preferably BambooHR
