A company is looking for an HR & Payroll Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in employee data, pay adjustments, and compliance across multiple states
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
  • Maintain HR data integrity and assist with audits related to payroll and HR compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll processing, or a related role
  • Familiarity with benefits administration and HR compliance
  • In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws
  • Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems, preferably BambooHR
