- Manage the full recruiting life cycle including intake calls, job descriptions, and scheduling interviews
- Draft offer letters and manage background checks
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience with HR processes
- Familiarity with the recruiting life cycle
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Basic knowledge of MS Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
