A company is looking for a HR Rep Specialist - Leave of Absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer leave of absence programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
- Evaluate employee eligibility for leaves and manage all related paperwork and communications
- Develop efficient processes and provide guidance to managers and employees regarding leave policies
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree and 4-5 years of experience in HR, specifically in leave administration
- Occupational/Employee Health or Disability Management background is required
- Knowledge of HR law, FMLA, ADAAA, and workers' compensation is essential
- Experience with HRIS and managing leaves through technology solutions is required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
