Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate phone and Zoom interviews for candidates efficiently
- Manage job postings and maintain the applicant tracking system for data integrity
- Oversee new hire onboarding processes and respond to recruiting inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with Workday as an Applicant Tracking System
- Experience with SOC2 compliance is preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
