Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physician recruitment or healthcare staffing
• Proven success in a metrics-driven, high-volume recruiting environment
• Strong sourcing skills across various platforms
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
