Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner who will provide strategic compensation guidance and analysis to HR and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise HR Business Partners and leadership on pay decisions, promotions, and salary adjustments
- Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures
- Perform data analysis and modeling to support organizational changes and compliance with compensation laws
Required Qualifications
- Five plus years of direct compensation experience required
- Workday experience preferred
- Experience with salary surveys, job evaluations, and incentive programs is required
- Previous consulting experience with HR partners and senior leaders on compensation matters is required
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field preferred; CCP certification a plus
