- Engage and nurture relationships with potential candidates using various sourcing tools and networking strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter
- Knowledge of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
