Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
- 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in HR consulting or HR Business Partner roles
- Experience in Organizational Design and workforce planning
- Strong understanding of product development and its connection to talent management
- Proven ability to identify and address people issues affecting business performance
