A company is looking for a Senior People and Culture Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement leadership development initiatives and provide coaching to supervisors
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Track and manage leave of absence activity and support workforce planning during LOA periods
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources for a multi-state employer
- 5+ years of experience in a Business Partner or related position
- Working knowledge of federal and state regulations related to HR functions
- HR designation (SHRM or HRCI) preferred
