Key Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and administers job classification and compensation programs
- Collaborates with HR partners on compensation program design and annual merit compensation planning
- Monitors compensation trends and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Five+ years of relevant work experience in compensation
- Five+ years of experience in analyzing and administering compensation programs
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
- Strong knowledge of wage and hour regulations and compensation practices
