A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to support and evolve the systems that power their People operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of HRIS strategic plans aligned with global business needs
- Oversee day-to-day HRIS system administration and core People processes across multiple regions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for the People team and business leaders
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in HRIS or People systems administration, with expertise in UKG or similar enterprise HR systems
- Experience supporting system integrations beyond the People function
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards and generate impactful reporting
- Strong knowledge of People/HR processes connected to HRIS systems
- Experience gathering requirements and implementing system updates or modules
