Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market pay analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and manage job classification processes
- Lead the design and implementation of compensation programs aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in compensation or HR with strong knowledge of compensation principles
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
- Certification in compensation (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)) preferred
- Excellent skill with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
