Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years as a Business Partner
- Minimum of 2 years supporting Sales or Go-to-Market organizations
- Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments and change management
- Strong foundation in HR disciplines such as performance management and employee relations
- Experience supporting international teams and understanding regional HR practices
