Key Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with leadership to provide strategic guidance on talent management and organizational design
- Manage employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution, including leading investigations
- Provide HR functional expertise and support the planning and execution of HR programs and initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10 - 12 years of related work experience, with 8 years in HR focusing on employee relations
- 3 - 5 years of experience managing a specialized program
- Extensive experience as an HR business partner or consultant
- Proven project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
