Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute full lifecycle recruitment for field sales and revenue-driving positions
- Build strong relationships with hiring teams to establish a strategic partnership with Sales leadership
- Develop and maintain a sourcing strategy to proactively create talent pipelines and competitive insights
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in sales hiring in an enterprise environment
- Proven track record of delivering high volume and quality outcomes while fostering effective relationships
- Experience advising leaders on talent acquisition and influencing decision-making
- Bachelor's degree preferred
