Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee feedback data and support employee listening strategies

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Psychology, or related field
- Three (3)+ years of experience in data collection, reporting, or employee engagement support
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts in an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Preferred: Master's degree in a related field
