Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their Talent Acquisition Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full life cycle, high volume recruitment for various roles, managing 140-160 hires per year
- Generate diverse candidate populations and develop recruitment strategies in partnership with business leaders
- Conduct interviews and maintain candidate pipelines while managing the company's employment brand across social media
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in commercial real estate or property management
- Prior Workday ATS experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
