Key Responsibilities
  • Administer team member benefits programs and manage leave processes in compliance with regulations
  • Oversee employment compliance and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to laws and regulations
  • Prepare reports for audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in benefits administration and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and benefits regulations
  • Ability to interpret regulations and organize work effectively
  • Experience with self-funded health plans and 401(k) administration is preferred
