Key Responsibilities
- Administer team member benefits programs and manage leave processes in compliance with regulations
- Oversee employment compliance and conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to laws and regulations
- Prepare reports for audits and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in benefits administration and compliance
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and benefits regulations
- Ability to interpret regulations and organize work effectively
- Experience with self-funded health plans and 401(k) administration is preferred
