Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and streamline HR and Payroll processes through the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Analyze requirements, configure systems, and test new features to enhance operational efficiency
• Support ongoing operations and provide expertise in HR and payroll processes and data

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Knowledge of HR and payroll processes
• Ability to configure systems and analyze business requirements
• Experience in testing and supporting system features
• Preferred alignment to a major facility for remote work
