Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in clinician recruiting
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with hiring managers
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in using various recruitment tools
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
