Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Talent Sourcer responsible for identifying and engaging qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify high-quality SLP candidates through various channels
- Conduct calls with prospective candidates to evaluate fit and generate interest
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and sourcing progress in the ATS
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume clinical or healthcare recruiting, preferably SLP sourcing
- Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing and advanced search methodologies
- Experience in building and maintaining dashboard analytics for pipeline health
- Expertise with sourcing tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools and CRM systems
