Senior Workday HR Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HR Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR team members in functional and regression testing for system fixes, upgrades, and maintenance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the functionality of the Workday HRIS application, including requirements gathering and user training
• Ensure data quality and compliance with HR Data Quality and Governance Strategy, including GDPR regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing strategic initiatives for an HR Information System
• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM, including configuration and reporting
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, along with business analysis skills
• Experience with reporting and data analytics tools, including Workday Report Writer and People Analytics
