Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Services Specialist - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1+ support to employees and managers across multiple regions, resolving HR inquiries via a ticketing system
  • Own key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve operational efficiency and employee experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in HR shared services, HR Operations, or employee support roles
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience working with global employee populations across multiple time zones
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems (preferably Workday) and ticketing tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support global stakeholders
