Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1+ support to employees and managers across multiple regions, resolving HR inquiries via a ticketing system
- Own key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Collaborate with various teams to improve operational efficiency and employee experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR shared services, HR Operations, or employee support roles
- Solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience working with global employee populations across multiple time zones
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (preferably Workday) and ticketing tools
- Ability to work flexible hours to support global stakeholders
