A company is looking for a Compensation Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support for all compensation matters within the assigned client group
- Facilitate compensation processes such as bonus planning and annual compensation planning
- Monitor and recommend enhancements to existing compensation policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5+ years of applicable compensation analysis experience
- 3+ years' experience in compensation analysis in the Advanced Manufacturing and Aerospace and Defense industry
- Experience working directly for large Aerospace and Defense prime systems is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with dynamic reports and task automation
