Compensation Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support for all compensation matters within the assigned client group
• Facilitate compensation processes such as bonus planning and annual compensation planning
• Monitor and recommend enhancements to existing compensation policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 5+ years of applicable compensation analysis experience
• 3+ years' experience in compensation analysis in the Advanced Manufacturing and Aerospace and Defense industry
• Experience working directly for large Aerospace and Defense prime systems is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with dynamic reports and task automation
