A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance to leadership
- Investigate and address employee complaints and concerns
- Coordinate accommodation requests and ensure compliance with policies and laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 4+ years of experience in employee relations
- Solid understanding of employment laws
- Knowledge of multiple areas of employee relations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with case management technology preferred
