Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and guide top talent through the hiring process
- Ensure candidate records and job pipelines are organized, updated, and accurate
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and collaborate with the People & Culture team
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a coordinator position
- Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System; BambooHR experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive tasks
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external candidates
