A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer group benefit programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits
  • Oversee 401(k) plan administration and collaborate with third-party administrators for compliance
  • Support administration of leave of absence programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, including 401(k) plan administration
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits and retirement plans
  • Experience working with HRIS systems; Workday experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
