Key Responsibilities
- Administer group benefit programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits
- Oversee 401(k) plan administration and collaborate with third-party administrators for compliance
- Support administration of leave of absence programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, including 401(k) plan administration
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits and retirement plans
- Experience working with HRIS systems; Workday experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
