Job Summary

A company is looking for a Migrant Program Worker 8-E10 in Van Buren County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview and assess the needs of Migrant clients to provide appropriate assistance
  • Guide and encourage clients while making necessary referrals to meet their needs
  • Inform clients about eligibility requirements for financial assistance from DHHS
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Completion of two years of college (60 semester or 90 term credits)
  • Experience as a Migrant Program Worker or equivalent experience in human services
  • Competency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in Spanish and English
  • Alternate education may include one year of college and three years of relevant experience
  • Four years of administrative support experience may substitute for the education requirement
