Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and recruit independent contractors (linguists) based on language requirements
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Flexibility to work in different time zones as needed
• Experience in recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is a plus
