Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding leave of absence matters, providing expert advice and support
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to leave of absence programs
- Develop and manage comprehensive leave of absence programs tailored to client needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in leave of absence management, preferably in a consulting or benefits administration role
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS and leave management software
- Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
