Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and administer employee leave programs, ensuring a supportive experience for team members
- Coordinate vendor management of third-party leave administrators and maintain accurate leave records
- Ensure compliance with leave regulations and prepare reports on leave metrics for workforce planning
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in US disability/leave administration
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred
- Deep understanding of federal and state disability and paid family leave laws
- Familiarity with California statutory leave and disability programs
- Experience administering workers compensation and managing claims preferred
