Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Executive Benefits Services, remote (CST or EST).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead plan sponsor contact for day-to-day plan administration issues and requests
- Develop and maintain client administrative project calendars and follow through on issue resolutions
- Create and present materials for plan review and enrollment meetings in collaboration with Executive Benefits Consultants
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7+ years of relationship management experience within the institutional retirement services industry preferred
- Experience working with Nonqualified Deferred Compensation/409A plans
- Life & Variable Life insurance licenses preferred within the first year of employment
- NQPC Certification required within the first year of employment
