Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- 3+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams
- Experience in Clinician/Physician Talent Acquisition
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders on Talent Acquisition strategies
- Ability to reside in the Northeast or relocate as needed
