Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and maintain applicant tracking systems
- Support recruitment operations by ensuring a seamless hiring process and providing updates on candidate activity
- Assist with job postings, onboarding processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
- Strong organizational and time management skills
