Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (Recruiter 2).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the client's Recruiting and Talent Sourcing capacity
• Execute the recruiting lifecycle while maintaining quality and experience
• Provide support to various teams within the Global Talent Acquisition organization

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Ability to develop strategies to achieve hiring objectives under tight deadlines
• Experience with tracking systems and Microsoft Office products
• Adaptive to process changes
