Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support leave cases for employees, including consultation on leave policies and processes
- Act as a liaison with leave management vendors and ensure timely paperwork and benefit changes
- Provide Tier 2 support for escalated leave issues and conduct research and analysis for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in benefits, absence management, or FMLA
- Experience with systems orientation related to leave management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective conflict management skills
