Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective Real Estate Agents for participation in the REMLO Program
- Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment in alignment with program objectives
- Conduct outreach, networking, and field recruiting efforts to grow the REMLO network
Required Qualifications:
- Must have an active real estate license
- Experience in recruitment or business development
- Understanding of real estate market dynamics
- Ability to maintain compliance with regulations
